Organic French spirulina powder for smoothies and recipes.
What is Spiru Flower Powder — and why isn't it an ordinary spirulina powder?
La Fleur de Spiru Twigs, you might know – it’s sprinkled, it’s crunchy, it’s found its way onto salads and dishes.
Fleur de Spiru Powder is exactly the same. It is made from the same spirulina grown on the Bouquetot eco-farm in the Pays d’Auge, dried at temperatures below 42°C, and contains the same phycocyanin content of over 20%.
The difference: after drying, the twigs are passed under a handcrafted millstone. They become an ultra-fine, almost impalpable powder, which disperses instantly in any liquid without leaving any trace or lumps.
Most spirulina powders available are produced by spray-drying – drying at over 100°C.
This rapid process produces a powder that smells strongly, tastes unpleasant, and whose phycocyanin has largely disappeared before even reaching your glass. What you pour into your smoothie resembles spirulina. It's no longer truly spirulina.
Stone grinding is slow, cool, gentle. It reduces the twigs to a fine powder without generating heat – which preserves exactly what drying below 42°C had taken care to conserve. The same quality as the twigs. With the added versatility of powder.
On the Bouquetot eco-estate, Pays d'Auge: Sensible permaculture culture, basins in direct contact with the earth, water energised according to biodynamic principles, harvesting on favourable days of the biodynamic calendar. Sat Pavan – a yoga practitioner for 25 years – believes that the intention brought to cultivation is transmitted to the spirulina. It is this 17 years of know-how, this consciousness, that you will find in every spoonful of Fleur de Spiru Powder.
What she does — and what she doesn't do
What she's doing
– Deliver all the nutrients of spirulina into any drink or recipe, without altering the taste
– Support energy, immunity and recovery over the duration of a regular course
Integrate naturally into an existing beverage routine, without texture constraints
What she doesn't do
– Act within a few days — a 3 to 4 week course is necessary for lasting effects
– Evenly dilute hot preparations — never exceed 40°C, heat degrades actives
– To substitute for medical follow-up in the case of a diagnosed deficiency
The 5 benefits — and for whom
Energy and combating underlying fatigue
The iron in spirulina, which is particularly well absorbed by the body, supports red blood cell formation and helps alleviate chronic fatigue. To amplify this effect: mix your powder into orange or kiwi juice – vitamin C multiplies iron assimilation. Alternatively, combine it with the TONIC Potion, whose acerola does exactly this job.
Ideal profile: individuals prone to chronic fatigue, women during their period, vegetarians and vegans looking for natural iron sources.
2. Deeper enhanced immunity
Phycocyanin and beta-carotene – preserved by drying below 42°C – support the body’s natural defences. A daily green smoothie with one spoonful of the powder for 3 to 4 weeks before autumn helps the body navigate winter with greater resilience.
Ideal profile: people often weakened during seasonal changes, families looking for simple daily immune support.
3. Complete plant-based proteins for vegetarians and athletes
With 60–70g of complete plant-based protein, spirulina is one of the most concentrated sources available. It contains all the essential amino acids — those that the body cannot produce on its own. In a pre-workout shake or a post-workout smoothie, one to two tablespoons (5 to 10g) support muscle recovery and endurance.
Ideal profile: Vegetarians and vegans looking for complete proteins, athletes in training or recovery, people wishing to reduce their animal protein intake.
4. Radiance of skin, hair and nails
Zinc, B vitamins, and the antioxidant compounds in spirulina support keratin synthesis and skin health. With regular use for 4 to 6 weeks, our customers report visible effects on skin radiance, hair strength, and nail resilience. The powder integrates effortlessly into a morning beauty routine – in juice or a smoothie.
Ideal profile: People with dull complexions or weakened hair, post-pregnancy profiles, individuals whose skin reflects a nutritional imbalance.
5. Alkalinity and digestive balance
Spirulina has a naturally alkaline pH which helps to counteract intestinal acidity generated by a modern diet that is too rich in processed foods. In powder form mixed into a glass of water in the morning on an empty stomach, it prepares the digestive system before the first meal.
Ideal profile: Individuals with irregular transit, profiles with diets rich in refined sugars or processed foods, people seeking gentle rebalancing.
How to use Organic Spirulina Powder?
The basic dosage: 1 teaspoon (3g) in your morning drink. The powder disperses instantly – no mixer is needed if the drink is liquid. For thicker preparations like a smoothie, a simple stir with a spoon is sufficient.
The golden rule: never heat above 40°C. If you're adding it to a hot soup or sauce, wait for the temperature to drop before incorporating the powder.
To avoid simultaneously: tea and coffee — these drinks inhibit the absorption of iron from spirulina.
Everyday use ideas
Morning green smoothie — banana, spinach, kiwi, almond milk, 1 tsp powder
Freshly squeezed orange juice — 1 tsp powder (Vitamin C + Iron synergy)
Homemade pesto — the powder is a striking deep green colour without altering the taste
Vinaigrette — Lemon, olive oil, spirulina powder Yoghurt-cucumber sauce — 1 tsp added at the end of preparation
Vegetable soup — added off the heat, once the temperature has dropped.

Treatment protocol — what happens week by week
Week 1
Start with 3g per day – one teaspoon in your usual drink. The body gets used to spirulina. Some people experience a slight boost in energy within the first few days. Others notice nothing yet. Both are normal.
Weeks 2 and 3
The dose can be increased to 5g if you wish. Underlying fatigue is starting to lessen. For athletes, recovery is gradually improving between sessions.
Week 4
The effects on energy and immunity are established. It is from this point that the effects on skin tone and hair become visible for those who undertake a regular, full course of treatment.
One month is the minimum to embed the effects – not just perceive them. The 100g sachet at 3g/day covers exactly this cycle.
Precautions for use
– Contraindicated in case of haemochromatosis
– Ongoing medical treatment: ask your doctor for advice before starting
– Never heat above 40°C – the living actives degrade with heat
– Avoid consuming at the same time as tea or coffee –
Store away from light and moisture, in a tightly sealed sachet.
Which format should I choose?
100g — €22.50 — 1 month's supply at 3g/day
The starter format. Enough for a complete first course and to discover how your body integrates the powder into your drink routine. Also ideal for testing before moving to the larger format.
200g — €39.90 — 2-month course ⭐ Recommended size
The format for long-term use. Two months of continuous treatment, with no stockouts at the wrong time. Best value for money per gram – and the format that makes it easy to add Phycocyanin without exceeding your budget.
The recommended synergies
🌿 Spirulina Flower Powder + Tonic Potion — the synergy of energy and assimilation
The acerola, naturally rich in vitamin C, in the TONIC Potion multiplies the absorption of iron from the powder. Both in your morning glass – energy and nutrition in a single step, the most effective anti-fatigue combination in the range.
💙 Spirulina Flower Powder + Organic Phycocyanin — green gold meets blue gold
10ml of phycocyanin in your smoothie with your dose of powder. Both active ingredients boost each other on the antioxidant and immune front. The colour in the glass becomes spectacular – and the effects too.

What is the difference between Fleur de Spiru Powder and classic spirulina powder?
The difference is in the drying and grinding. Conventional powders are dried above 100°C by atomisation – the phycocyanin and some of the vitamins disappear before they even reach your glass. Fleur de Spiru Powder is dried below 42°C then ground on a cold stone mill – the active ingredients remain intact. This explains the intense dark green colour and the mild umami taste, whereas most powders on the market are dull and have a strong taste.
Can we add it to a hot soup?
Yes – provided you wait until the soup has cooled below 40°C before adding the powder. Above this temperature, the live ingredients will start to degrade. Add it to the bowl, not the saucepan.
Does the powder colour the preparations?
Yes — a striking deep green in clear liquids. In a green smoothie or a dark sauce, the effect is subtle. In orange juice or oat milk, the colour becomes spectacular. Some customers use it specifically to naturally colour their recipes.
What is the difference between powder and twigs?
The raw material is identical – the same Norman spirulina, the same drying process. The sprigs are the purest form and closest to raw spirulina. The powder is ground to disperse in liquids without texture. It's all about usage: sprigs for dishes, powder for drinks.
From when do we feel the effects?
The first signs usually appear towards the end of the first week – a surge in energy, a slight improvement in digestion. For lasting effects on immunity and complexion, a course of at least 4 weeks is necessary.
Is Spiru Flower Powder suitable for pregnant women?
Spirulina is naturally rich in iron and folic acid. Ask your doctor for advice on a dosage suitable for your situation before starting a course.
How to store powder after opening?
Store in a cool, dry place, in a tightly sealed sachet. Do not store near a heat source. For best results, consume within 6 months of opening to preserve the active ingredients.
